1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AIjoor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
AIjoor is an AI-powered sports intelligence platform that provides data-driven predictions, analytics, and tools for sports bettors, fantasy players, and analysts. Our services include:
- AI-generated match predictions with probability estimates
- Expected Value (EV) analysis and Kelly Criterion staking recommendations
- Betslip scanning and trap bet detection
- Rollover and accumulator tracking
- Slip builder for automated bet selection
- Personal bet tracking and ROI analysis
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AIjoor. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to engage in sports betting activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using prediction services is legal in your location.
4. Account Registration
To access AIjoor's features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Free and Paid Plans
AIjoor offers a free tier with limited daily predictions and paid subscription plans with expanded access. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
Free Plan
Free users receive up to 2 predictions per day. Free access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 48 hours of a charge for consideration.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
AIjoor does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or the outcome of any sporting event.
Our predictions are generated using AI models, statistical analysis, and historical data. They represent probability estimates, not certainties. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:
- All betting involves risk of financial loss
- Predictions are for informational purposes only
- You are solely responsible for your betting decisions
- AIjoor is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our prediction models
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share predictions without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on AIjoor — including predictions, analysis, design, code, logos, and text — is the property of AIjoor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIjoor and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses resulting from betting decisions based on our predictions
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Errors or inaccuracies in predictions, statistics, or odds data
- Actions of third-party services (bookmakers, payment providers, data sources)
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer
AIjoor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
